1. General provisions

This policy describes how the kyran.kz website (the "Website") processes visitor data. Website operator: sole proprietor (IP) KYRAN, Republic of Kazakhstan, email info@kyran.kz.

The policy is drawn up with regard to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection". By using the Website you agree to its terms.

2. What data we receive

The Website does not require registration and does not contain forms in which a visitor enters personal data.

When you visit the Website, technical data are processed automatically: IP address, browser and device type, language, addresses of viewed pages, referral source, date and time. These data go to the web server logs and to the analytics systems listed below.

3. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses the web analytics services Yandex Metrica (Yandex) and Google Analytics (Google). They use cookies to assess attendance, traffic sources and visitor behaviour in aggregate form.

Yandex Metrica Webvisor may record on-page actions (clicks, scrolling, cursor movements) to analyse usability. The Website has no personal data input fields, so such information is not recorded.

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on. The Website will remain available.

4. Advertising

The Website displays ads from the Yandex Advertising Network (YAN). To show ads and measure their effectiveness, Yandex may use cookies and data about use of the Website; processing rules are defined by the Yandex privacy policy. If ad blocks of other networks appear on the Website, this will be stated in this policy.

5. Purposes of processing

Attendance statistics, improving the content and usability of the Website, and ensuring its security and stable operation.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Data are available to the hosting provider and the analytics services listed above. Processing may take place on servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Data are not disclosed to other parties except as provided by law.

7. Storage and protection

Server logs are kept for a limited time (about one month). Data transmission between your browser and the Website is protected by encryption (HTTPS). Data in analytics services are stored in accordance with their policies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to info@kyran.kz.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, and the update date is shown at the top.
